Apartment development in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The client wanted to invoke an upscale vibe which would appeal to millennials who have been moving into the area in recent years.
The owner of the toy store really wanted his brand to exude a sense of childlike whimsy and playfulness. We worked through a number of conceptual font doodles until we came to this!
Ian & Evelyn are married, photography partners. They wanted a fun play off their initials that would also work well as a watermark for photography proofs. The letters used as a silhouette to the act of photography was well received by the owners and their clients.

The Black Lotus Kung Fu Archive is a conceptual digital repository for martial arts education. The owner wished to feature both an abstract interpretation of a lotus as well as a Praying Mantis symbolizing one of the many forms incorporated into the art form.
Re-imagining of the first logo I was ever commissioned after I won a local contest by the business. This project always holds a fond place in my heart so I really wanted to keep the spirit of the original.
Stewart Brothers is a full service drilling contractor drilling throughout the western United States for over 70 years. This full brand redesign had the Owner's biting their knuckles over altering their old logo which they were very attached to. However, after exploring a few ideas that managed to keep their classic lettering and energy intact, we came upon a more modern interpretation that satisfied both the older executives and young marketing staff.
This is a re-concept of a competitive submission I proposed for a local Bio Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company. I thought the original had some visual interest but wasn't quite where it could be. This new version cleaned up some of the nagging issues while staying true to the previous concept.
